Thank you for being part of something truly special.

September 5-10, 2017: More than 16,000 humans gathered in Copenhagen to explore the impact of technology on our lives.

Over the course of six days 132 events took place in & around Kødbyen, Copenhagen’s iconic Meatpacking District. Together with people of all ages, backgrounds and nationalities we started a new conversation on the relationship between humans & technology.

Humans of Techfestival

Techfestival is both a festival and a collaborative platform. 400+ humans from all around the world contributed by hosting activities, sharing their energy and welcoming the many curious minds with a smile. We are proud to have had a 50/50 female/male rate as this year’s co-creators and speakers.

In numbers:

  • 16,000 humans
  • 400+ co-creators
  • 300+ speakers
  • 132 meetups, summits, conferences, open-air talks, afterparties, exhibitions & activities over six days

The Copenhagen Letter

To debate and draft The Copenhagen Letter, 150 practitioners came together for 48 hours during Techfestival in 2017. They include technologists, designers, philosophers, educators, and artists.

This letter mirrors their commitment, starting a conversation on the values and principles that guide technology.

You are invited to sign or answer The Copenhagen Letter.
