To boost your creativity and other cognitive skills such as attention and memory we need to mindfully use our smartphones in the every day life.
We can find the right balance by tackling little habits we have and trying to implement new behaviors. This is why we thought of sending you small challenges that you can go through starting from the lunch break at the festival and then maybe implement it in your daily routine when you are back home.
The creators of the challenges are Monica Bormetti and Matteo Bormetti of smartbreak.it.
Monica Bormetti bio: Psychologist & founder of Smart Break, an Italian project that promotes a conscious use of digital technologies. She is also a member of The Digital Wellness Warriors, a group of tech wellness professionals dedicated to shifting the tide of digital addiction through education, humane-centered tech design, and community outreach.
Matteo Bormetti bio: digital entrepreneur with experience in creating and consulting startups in the tech environment. He is the communication & PR manager in Smart Break focusing on spread the project. He has a digital background but is very close to the human side so this is why he is dedicating his time on a project about digital wellness space.
