“Google’s self-driving cars and robots get a lot of press, but the company’s real future is in machine learning, the technology that enables computers to get smarter and more personal.”

 – Eric Schmidt (Google Chairman)

Computing has moved from large mainframes to PC to cloud, and the next big move is the democratization of the tools and techniques to create smarter and more personal computers in your home and, not least, your pocket. Today you can build data crunching machines with complex machine learning algorithms at a household-friendly cost and even run them on your smartphone.

Aspiring data scientists, mobile developers and machine learning enthusiasts, as well as any curious creators with no further experience on the topic, are invited to this workshop to learn how to run and deploy machine learning algorithms on mobile devices and go one step further and run them on even smaller and constrained microprocessors.
